Studies on the propagation of bael (Aegle marmelos Correa) by different grafting methods in West Bengal

The effect of grafting method (whip, splice or cleft grafting) on survival and growth was investigated for A. marmelos grown under West Bengal conditions, India, during the monsoon. The best method was whip grafting (70% success and the best shoot growth).
